Sebastian Scholz is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Munich office. He joined the firm in 2019 working as a law clerk. His practice focuses on patent litigation.
Sebastian graduated from the University of Augsburg in 2017, where he specialized in intellectual property and competition law and subsequently completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Munich (Oberlandesgericht) in 2019 with stages at the European Patent Office and a global law firm in the area of patent litigation. In 2017 Sebastian obtained an LL.M. degree in American Law with Specialization in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara Law.
