Marika Szczech is an attorney in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2013. Her practice focuses on high-stakes complex commercial litigation including matters involving structured finance, securities, healthcare, and intellectual property disputes. During her time at the firm, Ms. Szczech has represented clients in a variety of high-profile securities litigations, including matters resulting in billion-dollar settlements stemming from the 2008 financial crisis.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Szczech maintained her own practice representing clients in Bankruptcy and Divorce cases. Ms. Szczech is also a co-founder of several tech startups focusing on crowdsourcing.
