Christina is a trial attorney in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office. Christina’s practice focuses on complex commercial, product liability, and mass tort litigation in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration. Christina also represents clients in intellectual property, antitrust, bankruptcy, employment, False Claims Act, and contract disputes. Christina has litigated cases for many of the nation’s largest companies and has tried many of those cases to verdict.
Christina has extensive experience guiding clients through mass actions and complex litigation. Christina was recognized as “Litigator of the Week” by The American Lawyer for her work as trial counsel to a former female prisoner who was sexually assaulted while incarcerated, obtaining a $19M jury verdict. Christina also served as trial counsel for a Fortune 500 products manufacturer, obtaining a complete defense verdict in a multi-district litigation bellwether trial arising from allegations that their safety devices caused injuries. Christina’s trial team achieved a complete defense verdict that The American Lawyer called a “huge win” on behalf of a pharmaceutical company in multi-district litigation concerning allegations of adverse health effects. Christina also represented one of the world’s largest automakers in multi-district litigation related to vehicle recalls, winning complete defense verdicts in a series of federal and state trials.
Christina received her B.S. degrees in Biology, Spanish, and International Studies from the Pennsylvania State University and graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law. While in law school, Christina provided legal support to Mexican national prisoners on death row in the United States and to Malawian prisoners sentenced to the death penalty.
