Sergey Smirnov is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice spans all areas, with an emphasis on antitrust litigation.
Sergey attended Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude and won several Dean’s Scholar Prizes. In law school, he participated in the Ames Moot Court Competition, where he was an oralist and won Best Brief in the semifinals. He also researched the courts and doctrines of equity and was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
