Tishta Tandon is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration and she has assisted clients across a range of sectors including construction, energy, mining, private equity, oil and natural gas and banking. Tishta has experience in arbitrations under the ICC Rules and the LCIA Rules in the real estate, oil and natural gas, construction and cosmetic industry. She also has experience in matters of white-collar crime, civil fraud and regulatory investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Tishta worked as an associate at a leading law firm in India. While there, she regularly advised companies on commercial and corporate disputes involving high stakes and appeared before Indian courts, company law tribunals, institutional and ad-hoc arbitral tribunals.

Before joining the firm in 2023, Tishta completed  Master of Law (LLM) with first class honours from the University of Cambridge, specialising in commercial law. Tishta is also a regular participant as a judge of the Willem C. Vis International Moot, having successfully competed and coached at the competition. In 2017, her team ranked the highest among 338 law schools who participated in the preliminary rounds of the competition in Vienna. Subsequently, Tishta has coached several teams that have qualified for the advanced rounds at the moot, including the team from NLU Delhi that was a semi-finalist in 2021 and the team from University of Cambridge that qualified for the Round of 64 in 2023.
