Rodrigo Tojo Garcia is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on international litigation and white collar criminal defense. Prior to joining the firm, he interned at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and worked as a corporate paralegal at a major law firm in New York.
