Abe Trask-Coombs is an Associate at Quinn Emanuel’s London office. His practice covers a wide range of commercial disputes, including M&A, real estate, shareholder and complex contract litigation.
Abe also has particular expertise representing clients in contentious property matters, including landlord-tenant litigation, tortious claims, development disputes, and the enforcement of non-possessory interests.
Before joining the firm, Abe was a senior solicitor at one of New Zealand’s leading commercial law firms where he brought and defended claims on behalf of local and internationally listed companies, government entities and high-net-worth individuals.
Abe is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand. He has appeared as sole or junior counsel in the New Zealand Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court and Land Valuation Tribunal and resolved numerous disputes through mediation or negotiated settlement.
