Sydney Snower is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on government enforcement defense, internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. Sydney originally joined Quinn Emanuel in 2022, after which she served as a Law Clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois for a one-year term and rejoined Quinn Emanuel in 2025.
Sydney has assisted individual and institutional clients respond to government subpoenas from DOJ and SEC in investigations related to alleged securities fraud, insider trading, anticompetitive behavior, money laundering, and violations of the Bank Secrecy Act. She has also represented clients in federal and state courts in litigation, including multi-district litigation, relating to fraud and business torts.
Prior to joining the firm, Sydney was an associate at a law firm in Washington D.C. Her prior experience includes work in the government contracts arena, including conducting internal investigations into alleged violations of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, performing due diligence of federal and state government contracts, and advising clients on procurement-related regulations.
In addition to her practice, Sydney serves on the committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Federal Bar Association’s Chicago Chapter, as well as a mentor to a law student as part of the Federal Bar Association’s Raising the Bar Mentorship Program. She is also a board member of NextGen at Personal PAC.
