Tishta Tandon is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She is a dual qualified lawyer (England & Wales and India) and her practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation. Tishta has assisted companies and HNIs across a wide range of sectors including oil and natural gas, construction, energy, mining, private equity and banking. She has represented clients in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations under the ICC Rules, the LCIA Rules and the UNCITRAL Rules. She also has experience in matters of white-collar crime, civil fraud, insolvency and restructuring and regulatory investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Tishta worked as an associate at a leading law firm in India where she advised clients on complex, cross-border, commercial disputes involving high stakes and appeared before Indian courts, company law tribunals and arbitral tribunals.
In 2022, Tishta was awarded the One Essex Court Scholarship to pursue an LLM specialising in commercial law from the University of Cambridge. Tishta is also a regular participant as a judge at the Willem C. Vis International Moot (Vienna), having successfully competed and coached several teams at the competition.
