Eric Winston Named “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” for 2012 by Turnarounds & Workouts

Quinn Emanuel Partner Eric Winston has been recognized by Turnarounds & Workouts as one of the nation’s twelve “outstanding young restructuring lawyers” for 2012. Turnarounds & Workouts acknowledged Mr. Winston for his involvement in Quinn Emanuel’s representation of Hildene Capital in the Zais Investment Grade Limited VII case—the first-ever bankruptcy filing involving a CDO entity.   Mr. Winston was also recognized for his work in SK Foods, SemGroup, Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, and Trident Microsystems.
