Stephen Neuwirth Named an Antitrust Trailblazer by The National Law Journal 2014

Stephen Neuwirth was named an Antitrust Trailblazer by The National Law Journal. This honor was bestowed upon those lawyers “who moved the needle in…antitrust law,” and the honorees were an “exemplary list that catalogs the extraordinary accomplishments of innovative thinkers and leading practitioners.” Mr. Neuwirth was praised especially for his recent representation of the class of direct purchasers in the Polyurethane Foam Antitrust Litigation, which resulted in a settlement of over $430 million. In addition, he was lauded for his ability to work on both the defendant and plaintiff side of litigation, a unique aspect of his practice.
