Quinn Emanuel, in conjunction with China’s Zhong Lun law firm, hosted a Patent Mock Trial, which was an unprecedented, one-of-a-kind event, to showcase a patent trial that took place in China. In an article by The Recorder, Partner Mark Tung noted, “We have noticed, especially in the recent year, that there has been growing demand and interest for U.S. tech companies in particular to enforce their technology rights, their intellectual properties, in China.”
