Quinn Emanuel is excited to share that David Lancaster has joined the firm as a partner in our London office. Previously a partner at Pinsent Masons, David will lead the firm’s intellectual property (IP) litigation practice in London.
David is highly experienced in representing clients in patent litigation before the English Courts and in co-ordinating proceedings before the European Patent Office and European national courts.
David is qualified as a barrister in both England & Wales and Ireland and advises clients in relation to the Unified Patent Court.
David has a technical background in biochemistry and acts for clients across a range of business sectors, including life sciences, telecommunications (including FRAND licensing), computing, financial services, energy and manufacturing.
