Eric Huang To Speak at PLI’s June 28th Seminar: “Understanding Patent Law 2016"
Quinn Emanuel Partner Eric Huang will speak at PLI’s upcoming seminar entitled, “Understanding Patent Law 2016.” This June 28th seminar will deliver a comprehensive, one-day review of patent law basics, legal developments and battle-tested practice tips, delivering takeaways for patent lawyers at every experience level. The program will cover patentability, the patent life cycle, and the application process, as well as new developments in the patent law landscape. The program will also offer helpful practice points, from litigation in district courts to PTO proceedings. The day will conclude with insights from the dealmaker’s perspective. The seminar will feature a panel covering patent licensing, mergers & acquisitions, and other patent transactions and will introduce some of the latest thinking and techniques behind a range of patent transactions.
