Claude Stern, Co-Chair of the firm’s National Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, will present at LAIPLA’s “Use of Social Media in Litigation: During Discovery and As Evidence.” The presentation focuses on recent court cases to keep up with changes in technology, and the challenges faced by companies and attorneys in preserving, presenting, and using social media throughout trial. The presentation will be held in Los Angeles on Thursday, November 21. CLE credit will be awarded.
