Quinn Emanuel Partner Eric Winston to Speak at the 2011 Distressed Debt Conference

Quinn Emanuel bankruptcy partner Eric Winston will serve as a panelist for a discussion on the new rules of disclosure in bankruptcy at the 2011 Distressed Debt Conference taking place on October 3rd and 4th in New York City.  This panel explores the disclosable interests defined by Bankruptcy Rule 2019 and issues arising as a result of the U.S. Supreme Court's newly adopted amendments to Rule 2019 in Chapter 11 cases.  Other panelists include Robert Dehney of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP and Craig Rasile of DLA Piper.  Robin Phelan of Haynes & Boone will moderate the discussion.
