Jonathan E. Pickhardt, Co-chair of Quinn Emanuel’s Structured Finance Litigation Practice, will speak at PLI’s New Developments in Securitization 2011 in collaboration with other leading practitioners. This program will present an intensive and comprehensive introduction and update on what solutions are being pursued in the market and what legislative and regulatory actions and initiatives are underway as the securitization world begins to emerge from the credit crunch.
