Quinn Emanuel Partner Joseph Milowic III to speak at the Nassau County Bar Association

Quinn Emanuel’s New York-based partner Joseph Milowic III will be featured as a panelist at the Nassau County Bar Association on “Suicide Prevention: Learn What You Can Do” with the NCBA Lawyers Assistance Program.  Depression, substance abuse and other mental health issues are prevalent among attorneys and law students in significantly greater numbers than in the general population.  Lawyers are in a unique position to make a difference and save lives.  This program will discuss symptoms to look for, ethical responsibility to report, how to approach someone you are concerned about, and resources that are available.  The event will take place on April 10, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 pm.
