The jury awarded $56 million in compensatory damages, later increased by $7 million in punitive damages for a total verdict of $63 million.
This victory delivers long-overdue justice to Steven Royzenshteyn and Roman Gerashenko, the self-made founders of Onyx Enterprises, who fought for seven years to hold the defendants accountable for their misconduct.
