Dr. Meyer-Löwy is one of the leading German insolvency lawyers with many years of experience in cross-border restructurings and insolvency proceedings as well as disputes in this context. He has been advising creditors, in particular banks, financial creditors, investors, turnaround advisors, debtors and insolvency administrators on insolvency and restructuring law for over 25 years.
