Quinn Emanuel Partner Chris Kercher and Lead Innovation Counsel Jennifer Reeves have been recognized in Legalweek's 2026 Leaders in Tech Law Awards.

Chris has been honored as a finalist for the Innovator of the Year Award, which honors individuals at the forefront of legal innovation. Chris and Jennifer head the firm’s AI & Data Analytics Group, the first dedicated AI litigation practice at a major law firm. In his practice, Chris is one of the leading experts in using AI to benefit litigation teams on high stakes matters, and his insight has earned him countless recognition from many legal publications, such as The American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Week.

Jennifer has been honored with the Monica Bay Women of Legal Tech Award, which recognizes women in law who have achieved notable success and made significant contributions to legal innovation. Combining legal expertise with technological innovation, Jennifer oversees the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI and ML technologies for litigation teams, technologies which enable attorneys to focus on complex legal issues, rather than mundane tasks. Jennifer also leads trainings on AI applications and has played a key role in driving the firm’s digital transformation and legal innovation.
