Quinn Emanuel partner Kimberly Carson will be speaking at the New York City Bar’s online Trade Secrets Symposium 2026: Navigating the Law of Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants on February 20th. The two-day webinar will focus on trade secret law and will examine organizations’ most valuable assets, emerging technologies, profit-centered improvements, and more.

Kimberly’s panel, titled “Ethical Issues in Trade Secret Cases,” will include an in-depth analysis on the most pressing and relevant ethical issues associated with trade secret cases.
