Quinn Emanuel Partner Kimberly Carson to Speak at PLI Noncompetes and Restrictive Covenants 2024 Conference

Quinn Emanuel New York Partner Kimberly Carson will be speaking on Monday 16 September at the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) conference on “Noncompetes and Restrictive Covenants 2024: What Every Lawyer, Human Resources Professional, and Key Strategic Decisionmaker Should Know”. Kimberley’s panel will be on the topic “Managing the Key Stage of the Case: Secrets to Seeking or Defending Against TROs and Preliminary Injunctions”. Together with her fellow panelists, she will explore advanced strategies for moving for a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction related to an employee restrictive covenant.
