Kimberly is an expert in employment and trade secret litigation and has litigated several high-stakes, high-dollar cases involving the movement of large groups of employees between competitors and associated intellectual property issues, on both plaintiff and defense sides. She was recently recognized as a Runner Up by ALM | Law.com in their ‘Litigator of the Week’ roundup for securing a critical win for supply chain management software company Optilogic in an intellectual property dispute (2025).
