Quinn Emanuel Partner Lucas Loviscek will be speaking at the South Cone International Disputes Forum. The Forum will run over two days in the city of Santiago, Chile, and Lucas’s panel on the topic of “Where is Investment Law Headed and Why” will be taking place from 3 pm – 4:30 pm on October 17, 2025.

Lucas will discuss the new generation of international investment treaties and whether these are redefining the classic standards of investment protection.
