Quinn Emanuel has filed more claims than any other US firm in UK litigation over the past five years.
New data from Solomonic, as reported by Law.com, ranks Quinn Emanuel #1 among US firms by claims filed, with over 180 claims between 2020 and 2025.
US firms average £10m per claim in London, 13 times the national median and we lead the pack by volume.
As Senior Partner Richard East put it: "This is further evidence of the significant impact of US firms in litigation in the UK, and in particular the growth and influence of Quinn, which has become the dominant force in litigation."
