Quinn Emanuel's London-based Partner, Julianne Hughes-Jennett, will be a speaker at an event organized by the BIICL (British Institute of International and Comparative Law) (BIICL). In collaboration with a panel of experts, Julianne will address the topic, "A UK Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence Model?". The discussion will focus on various aspects of the feasibility of a Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) model in the United Kingdom, particularly in light of the current initiatives undertaken by EU Member States to develop CSDDD transposition laws that aim to establish a mandatory HREDD process.

Julianne is a co-author of A "UK Failure to Prevent Mechanism for Corporate Human Rights Harms".
