Quinn Emanuel's Global Chair of International Arbitration Practice, Stephen Jagusch KC, will chair a panel at King's College London's one-day conference on 'Abuse of Process in International Arbitration'.
Bringing together leading practitioners, academics, and arbitrators, the conference will explore some of the most pressing issues in the field, including abusive conduct within arbitration proceedings, illegitimate parallel proceedings, and available remedies.
Stephen will be joined on the panel 'Abusive conduct within a single arbitration process' by Ania Farren (Arbitra), Lucy Greenwood (Greenwood Arbitration), and Tom Sprange KC (King & Spalding).
The discussion will draw on recent case law and arbitral practice to examine these issues from both theoretical and practical perspectives—essential insights for arbitrators, counsel, academics, and students navigating the evolving jurisprudence on this challenging topic.
