Last Monday, June 6, 2022, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board denied institution of a Petition for Post-Grant Review (PGR) filed by China Lithium Battery Technology (CALB) on a patent relating to the composition and performance characteristics of the positive electrode plates in batteries.
