Muzhgan Wahaj is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with significant experience in matters relating to finance and banking, audit and corporate governance, product liability and consumer protection, and insurance. She also advises international organizations and civil society actors on matters relating to international criminal law and international human rights law.
Muzhgan was admitted as a barrister and solicitor to the Law Society of Ontario in 2020. She has appeared as counsel before various trial and appellate courts in Ontario and British Columbia in respect of complex shareholder disputes, product liability class actions, and pandemic-related insurance litigation. Prior to her legal career, Muzhgan led a regulatory team at a leading Canadian investment bank focusing on recovery and resolution contingency planning for financial market infrastructure resilience.
