Tonio Allendorf

Tonio Allendorf is a Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Mannheim office. He joined the firm as a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) in 2018.

Tonio’s practice focuses on patent litigation. His expertise covers complex patent litigation over a wide range of technology areas such as telecommunications, IT, semiconductors and medical products.

Tonio has represented clients before major German patent infringement courts at district court and appellate level, including proceedings for preliminary injunction. He has also represented clients in opposition and opposition appeal proceedings before the EPO and in nullity actions before the German Patent Court and at the appellate level before the Federal Supreme Court.

Tonio graduated from the University of Heidelberg in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he completed his legal clerkship at the District Court (Landgericht) of Heidelberg, which included stages at a major German law firm in trademark law and in the legal department of a German car manufacturer’s subsidiary in New Jersey.
