Vanessa Blecher is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex intellectual property and technology litigation, particularly involving patents, copyrights, and data privacy. She has represented clients across a wide variety of sectors, such as technology, AI, medical, automotive, financial, construction, banking, and entertainment, and has participated in several trials in both district court and the United States International Trade Commission.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Vanessa obtained her Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in Computer Science from Lehigh University and Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. While at Columbia, she served as the Director of Columbia’s Foundation Moot Court program. She also interned in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York’s White Collar group and the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy unit.
