Kathryn Bonacorsi is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York City office. Kathryn is a litigator with experience representing plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Her experience includes contract disputes, shareholder disputes and derivative cases, sports law, cross-border disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property disputes. She has significant experience litigating high-stakes, high-dollar cases. Kathryn has an active trial practice, and has appeared and argued in a variety of forums, including in state and federal courts and in arbitrations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Kathryn worked as a clerk to the Honorable Justice Eileen Bransten in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of New York. While in law school, Kathryn interned for the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
