Kilian Elkinson is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Kilian is admitted to practice in the courts of Australia, New Zealand and Bermuda.
Prior to joining the firm, Kilian clerked for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda and worked as a solicitor at a leading international law firm in Sydney. He has experience acting for clients in a broad range of commercial disputes, including in banking litigation, securities litigation, insolvency disputes, class actions and shareholder disputes. He has also acted in regulatory disputes and investigations, including in relation to tax arrangements, competition law and allegations of fraud.
