Graham Evans is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2021. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Graham has acted for multinational corporations and financial institutions across a range of industries, including financial services, telecoms, energy, and construction. He has represented clients both in high-value English High Court litigation and in relation to commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, ICSID, and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Graham also has experience of advising clients on major regulatory and competition investigations.
Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts and an LLB degree both from the University of Cape Town and an LLM degree from Cornell University. Prior to joining the firm, Graham trained at a Magic Circle law firm in London and gained pro bono experience at the Legal Resources Centre in South Africa, representing litigants in housing and human rights disputes before South African courts.
