Daniel Freund is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2021. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked at a leading commercial firm in South Africa.
Daniel has experience in both litigation and arbitration pertaining to various types of disputes, including M&A disputes, banking disputes, shareholder disputes and those arising in a restructuring context. He has advised individuals, investment funds and corporate clients operating across a range of sectors including retail, oil and gas, television and film, insurance and asset management.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Science and an LLB degree both from the University of Cape Town and a BCL from the University of Oxford.
