Gregory Fuoco is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2018 and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation spanning a broad range of subject matters, including employment and consumer class actions, insurance coverage, antitrust, and merger-and-acquisition related disputes. Gregory has experience in court, having tried cases and conducted evidentiary hearings in state and federal court, in arbitration and the before the California Labor Commissioner.

Prior to joining the firm, Gregory worked as a judicial clerk for Chief Judge Virginia A. Phillips at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where he developed an in-depth knowledge of the Central District’s procedures. While attending the USC Gould School of Law, Gregory was chosen as a Legal Writing Fellow to co-teach USC’s legal writing program for first-year law students, and he graduated in the top 10% of his class.

Gregory’s practice also involves disputes among and relating to cannabis companies.  His writings have been published by JDSupra and in Quinn Emanuel’s Cannabis Litigation Practice Group’s client alerts.
