Mario Gazzola is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2020. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy-related issues, and global investigations with a focus on Brazil and Latin America. He has trial experience in structured finance, bankruptcy, and general contractual disputes. Mario’s experience also includes ICC arbitrations in Brazil and Spain. Prior to joining the firm, Mario served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert N. Chatigny of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. During his time at Yale Law School, Mario was awarded the Charles G. Albom Prize for excellence in appellate advocacy for his work litigating individual and class-action cases at the administrative, trial, and appellate levels for the Yale Veterans Legal Services Clinic.
