Yehuda Goor

Yehuda Goor is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses primarily on complex multinational litigation, including sovereign disputes, commercial litigation, and contentious cross-border insolvency matters. Yehuda advises investment funds, companies, high net-worth individuals, and other strategic parties on a range of complex litigation matters and complicated problems, often with a cross-border component.  Yehuda also has extensive experience in bondholder and creditors’ rights litigation in both domestic and foreign proceedings.  His public representations include advising key parties in cases such as LATAM Airlines (S.D.N.Y.); Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (D.P.R.); AOG Entertainment (S.D.N.Y.); and Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (D. Del.). Yehuda also advised Airbnb on several international disputes.

Admitted to practice in both New York and Israel, Yehuda often provides strategic counsel and advice to companies and individuals facing thorny legal issues in both jurisdictions, coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation and leveraging his deep familiarity with the Israeli legal and regulatory systems.

Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Yehuda practiced law in the New York office of another international law firm. He also served as a legal officer at the United Nations in New York, where he represented the Secretary-General in litigation and advised senior officials on international law and policy issues.

Yehuda clerked for the Honorable Uzi Vogelman of the Supreme Court of Israel. He received an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and an LL.B. magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University, where he was editor-in-chief of the Law Review.
