Felix Hartisch is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Munich office. Felix’ practice focuses on IP litigation and commercial litigation.
Felix regularly advises clients in complex matters before a variety of national and international courts. For example, Felix advises clients from the automotive, streaming and semiconductor industry in high-stakes patent litigation cases, inter alia, before the newly found Unified Patent Court. Felix also advises an OEM manufacturer regarding mass litigation claims before multiple German courts.
Felix graduated from the University of Munich in 2019 where he specialized in international private law. Prior to joining the firm, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) of Munich in 2021.
Felix is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
He joined the firm in 2022.
