Kenneth B. Hershey is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on bankruptcy and insolvency-related litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ken worked in the restructuring group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he represented debtors and creditors in chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court recapitalizations, and related litigation. Prior to his time at Weil, Ken served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven J. Menashi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Rachel P. Kovner of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
