Olivia Horton is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2025. Her practice focuses on complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, with a particular emphasis on constitutional claims and government-facing litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Olivia clerked for now Chief Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and worked as a Trial Attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she briefed and argued cases in federal courts across the country in defense of the constitutionality of federal statutes and the legality of agency actions.
Olivia received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University.
