Ludwig Irveland is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Wilmington office. His practice focuses on M&A and complex corporate and commercial litigation. Ludwig holds dual law degrees from Sweden and the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Ludwig was a judicial intern for the Honorable J. Travis Laster, Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
