Kevin Jang is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. He joined the firm in 2015. His practice focuses on patent litigation. Kevin has experience representing clients in a variety of technical fields, including power electronics, semiconductor devices, optical scanning, LEDs, memory devices, and wireless communication. Kevin has litigated in both the International Trade Commission (ITC) and federal district courts. Kevin also counsels clients for claims arising out of FRAND commitments, patent licensing issues, trade misappropriation claims, and breach of contract disputes. Kevin has a dual degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University.
