Kevin A. Janus is an Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including structured finance, securities, class actions, intellectual property (copyright, trademark, rights of publicity and privacy), contract disputes, business acquisition disputes, antitrust, and constitutional law. Kevin has tried cases in both federal and state court, as well as before arbitration panels such as FINRA. He has represented a broad array of clients in the financial services and media/entertainment industries. Kevin is one of the original members of Quinn Emanuel’s New York Office and an original member of Quinn Emanuel’s Structured Finance Litigation Group. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna in the Southern District of New York.
