Caitlin Jokubaitis is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.
She joined the firm in 2019 and rejoined in 2023 following clerkships with the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable John M. Walker, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She graduated from Columbia Law School as a James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Journal of Law in the Arts. She also was the Deputy Policy Director for Dan Goldman’s 2022 New York Congressional campaign.
