Evan Larson is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. He joined the firm in 2021. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. At the firm, Evan works on cases at every stage—from pre-complaint investigation through trial. In 2024, Evan was part of a trial team that secured a favorable defense verdict in a nine-figure copyright infringement case. Evan also represented a major technology manufacturer in a plaintiff-side trade secret matter in an International Trade Commission hearing. In these cases, Evan took and defended depositions in the United States and abroad. Evan keeps trial in mind during discovery and motion practice—applying the firm’s philosophy that whoever understands the facts first, wins.
Prior to joining the firm, Evan clerked for Associate Chief Justice John A. Pearce of the Utah Supreme Court. During law school, he was director of the Berkeley Board of Advocates.
