Robin L. McGrath is a first chair litigator with twenty six years of experience litigating patent and trademark disputes on behalf of some of the most well-known corporations. Robin represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high stakes patent litigation involving a broad spectrum of technologies. Robin has extensive courtroom experience and has secured many jury verdicts in patent and trademark infringement cases on behalf of her clients. She regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and has been recognized as a top "50 Woman Lawyer in Georgia" and was selected as the 2019 "Lawyer of the Year" in Atlanta for Patent Litigation and the 2017 "Lawyer of the Year" in Atlanta for Intellectual Property Litigation. Robin approaches all of her cases with unparalleled enthusiasm and has made it her personal mission to "kill bad patents." Opponents have commented on her "wicked cross examination" and her penchant for eliciting admissions through skillful use of documents and deposition testimony.
Robin is a 1995 graduate of the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she was managing editor of the Law Review, and a 1989 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
