James McSweeney is a senior associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. His practice focuses on white collar crime and corporate investigations, complex antitrust matters and defamation. James has represented clients in matters before the English High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Crown Court.
James has represented corporate and individual clients facing regulatory and criminal investigations and prosecutions across a number of different industries, including aerospace and defence, technology, pharmaceuticals, media, entertainment, automotive and banking. James is a barrister admitted to the Bar of England and Wales.
