Ben Odell is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 2010. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on derivatives and other financial products (representative cases involve disputes concerning credit default swaps, commodity futures, collateralized debt obligations, and residential mortgage-backed securities). In addition he has experience in a wide variety of commercial matters including commercial contract disputes, gasoline trading, and oil and gas development. He has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in federal and state courts as well as arbitration.
